We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, though everything was perfect. The staff were all excellent and efficient. The hotel was set in a central area near to CF Rideau shopping center and the Byward Market and the mall and main attractions of the city. And there was Big Smoke Burger with short-orders close to the venue, super convenient.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Ottawa. The hotel was cool, even so I stayed for 5 nights only. The rooms with the breakfast provided with room and ironing board. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were welcoming.
